Static Exercises be Good Mass and Strength Builders?


Can exercises like wall sit and planks be good mass and strength builders to include maybe at the end of your workout or to do at home?



Planks are not a mass builder at all, and if you can do wall-sits after your leg workout, you pussed out on your squats.

Not good mass builders at all, but the plank at least is valuable for abdominal stability, so it can go in your plan after other ab work.
