If you were sure that your body was in starvation mode, and you wanted to go on a cutting diet like T-Dawg, what would you do? Would increased calories, meal 6 times a day, cardio and a fat burner be enough to take you out of starvation mode. How long would it take?
read LL's "restriction contradiction" article. he talks about that. according to him a week with a lot of good clean carbs ought to do it, obviously if you have starved yourself longer then you may need more.
