Starting V-Diet

I weigh 177 and my BF is 18%. I checked it with one of those handheld electronic devices, so I don’t know how accurate that reading is.

Being a FFB(probably around 25-30% BF before I started lifing heavy compounds), I want to get around 10% BF before I start bulking. Most of my fat is on my stomach. It looks like a bit of visceral fat, so I want to make sure I get rid of that.

My calculations are:
(10.2 x 177+ 879) x .50 = 1342

(10.2 x 177+ 879) x .60 = 1610

So on my non-workout days I’ll take:

5 shakes; each with 2 scoops (40g of Protein\220 calories)[1100 calories total]

4 Flameout capsules with each shake for 52 cals[260 calories for the total day]

That is already 1360 for the whole day, should I lower the amount of Flameout capsules to make room for the flax meal (haven’t purchased it yet, so I don’t know the amount of cals per serving)?

Is this the particular reason Flameout wasn’t used during the orginal v-diet?

On workout days, I’ll add a serving of Surge and skip the Flameout but still take the flax meal.

The supplements I will be taking are:

Multi Vitamin

Is it ok to take Power Drive in the morning?

Day #1: Monday
Chest supported Rows: 5x5
Bench Press: 5x5
Overhead Press: 3x5
Calf/Biceps/Triceps exercises: 1 set each 6-10 reps
Decline situps: 1x8

Day #2: Wednesday
Dips: 5x5
Lat Pulldown: 3x8
Squat: 3x8(65%)
Hamstring Curl: 3x6
Calf/Biceps/Triceps exercises: 1 set each 6-10 reps

Day #3: Friday
Deadlift: 1x5
Squat: 3x5 (80%)
Incline Bench: 3x5
Calf/Biceps/Triceps exercises: 1 set each 6-10 reps
Decline Situps: 1x8

Thanks for the link. By the way, how many pills of Flameout do you take per shake?

I think you only need 4-6 caps for Flameout for the day. You need some fiber, get the flax seed with each meal in there, it’s important, trust me.
