First, this is not “official” V-Diet, because I live in Finland, and so I don’t have access to Biotest supplements (at least not for a reasonable price). I do have micellar casein product (80/20 casein/whey), and whole flax seeds (just bought a mortar), fish oil capsules and rapeseed oil in case I need more fats.
My question is that at which kind of ratio I should take protein and fats, or does it really matter? Or should I just take flax seeds enough to get the fibers, and the fish oil capsules for EPA and DHA, and all the rest calories from protein? Or should I get specific amount of protein and rest from fats, or what?
