To make a short story long I went to the DR because I was having male problems ( erection dying ect) ( im 38) …and found that my test levels were at 185 …so they started giving me a shot 1cc of test and 1cc of b12 …They weren’t real informative just your test is low it’s 45 bucks a week prob for the next 6 mo to get you back to normal …I’m like cool …how did this happen to me so young ect …I told them a while back I took novadex xt …and a moth ago I took testadrol but that shut down my sex within 4 days so I stopped that …will this return my levels to normal? Yes …then Ill just make it on my own after? yes…no info tho…
anyway they still didn’t give me any answers they didn’t know …but …since i’m on the therapy and I’ve been working out for the last couple of years …to maximize this should I be cutting or bulking?
Also I am getting conflicting information …I am being lead to believe that this is not for life …That I will do TRT for a few months and then things should be back to normal…or will I have to take shots the resy of my life …
For both questions, it depends. As for cutting or bulking, just do what you were gonna do before you found out that your levels were low. All this will do will help either process along as if your levels weren’t low and should make either easier than it would have been.
As for being on for life - some people (me included) have done TRT for months or years (my case) and their body decided that the levels had been like that for so long, that it should continue to keep them there. I feel better now at 39 and 2 years off then I did at 25. I am due for a check here in a few weeks, but 6 months ago when I got checked my TT was above 800 and I don’t remember what my FT was. So, it can and does happen.
Hope that helps.

Once I have all this data combined with indept medical history, questionaire, look at lifestyle, nutritional imbalances and deficiency, gut or liver issues, head trama environmental exposure to toxins stress and ability to cope, when did symptoms start (phyiscal or emotional trama 3-6 months aronud time) then I will have more complete picture to know where to even start with. Once dr’s learn to take a holisitc and intergrated approach then people will start getting the proper care with the least amount of meds that will be needed. Medical schools should teach look for cause not mask it by treating symptoms.
