I’m 5"10 156.5 LBS I know absoloutely nothing about lifting, diet nutrition at all.
Recently i’ve been making some stupid choices like smoking a lot of weed and I’m quiting and putting all that free time towards somthing healthy and useful for my body which is lifting.
So i dont know if you guys have some articles or somthing to get me started.
as of now im not working and getting amembership at the gym is $$$$$$$$ like 350 for a year thats pretty steep for 16.
anyway if any1s got stuff to say to start me out then plesae do.
