Starting the Oly Lifts



I have been practicing basic variations of the Olympic lifts for about 6 months now consistently (cleans, push press, front squat) and have become comfortable with them. At what point do you make the transition to performing the full lifts? I have no coach so doing things in a proper progression is pretty important to me.
