I was just reading through the I,bodybuilding program and it seems intense so Im going to do it. I have a few questions about it.
i was going through the videos and it only shows what to do for said phase, meaning is that all i should be doing on that day? or is that what i should be emphasizing on that week and still train other body parts on those days as well?
The article mentions that its a twelve week program, with only 5 phases it would come up to a 10 week program so what should i do on those other two weeks? once going through the 5 phases once, should my weight be going up higher than what i recorded on the first go around?
