Starting the Anabolic Diet

I think i may start this diet if anyone has any suggestions or think they can help me construct a diet plan let me know…
right now
meal 1-4 eggs 1 piece of cheese and 1 cup brocoli
meal 2-chicken breast with 1 piece of cheese brocoli and tsp olive oil
meal 3(preworkout)-protein shake with 10 almonds
meal 4(postworkout)-protein shake tsp olive oil
meal 5-85%lean ground beef with spinach and olive oil
meal 6-protein shake
