Fine. Stick with it, at least until you get stale using it (could be YEARS).

Dead lift 4 x 8
Lat Pull downs 4 x 8

Friday
Incline DB Bench 4 x 8
Rows 4 x 8
Squat 4 x 8

Flat Dumbbell Bench
120 (60 each hand) - 8,8,8,7

Weighted Dips
17.5 - 8,8
20 - 8,8
After my 4th set of dips I went directly to 30 pound dumbbell flys for 10 reps for exhaustion.

Seated Rows
90 - 8
90 - 8
100 - 8
100 - 8

Dead Lifts-
155-8
175-8
185-8
195-8

Military Dumbbell Press-
80 (40 each hand)-8
80-8
90-8
90-7

I couldnt get to Lat Pull Downs today because it started raining right as i finished the deads

made me angry.

i guess ill just add it to friday.
