Starting Out

I was hoping if anyone could help me with the finer points of creating a routine for a show and also help point me in the right direction for a diet a month or two out from a show. Anyything you guys got would be great help.

Check out the “Transformation of Gus Pacho” in the V-Diet forum. It has a great pre-comp routine listed for both intake and training toward the end of it.
