Starting Out on an Airdyne

I am 57 and lift Mondays and Thursdays doing full body routines. My conditioning sucks for lack of a better work. I just picked up an Airdyne.

Can anyone recommend a beginners program and how I work my way up. I would like to do HIIT but I was wondering if I should work up to 20 to 30 minutes straight on it first.

Yep get to 20 -30 mins first. Also warm up and warm down with 5 mins at a super gentle pace ie dont give your heart any nasty shocks especially once you get into HIIT
