Hey, I've recently decided to begin a training and dietery routine in order to build my overall strength and increase general muscle size. My fitness level is probably around average.
I started working out around 2 months ago. My current training regime is to work out 3-4 times a week working on different muscles each session. In the sessions I work on either; legs, back & core or arms & shoulders. Since I started training I have seen improvements in my strength but only minute improvements in muscle size.
My eating habbits are not exactly regular, I'm a full time student and find it hard to get meals at regular time. I also don't have a great deal of time to prepare meals.
I have recently purchased a training suppliment called Cyclone by Maximuscle which is a combination of glutamine, protein and creatine.

I'm posting to see if anyone can give me some good advice on how to train/eat to maximise muscle/strength growth.

Bench Press - 50kg
Bicep Curl - 17.5kg
Chest Flies - 12.5kg
Leg Press - 200kg
Rows - 25kg
