I’m getting ready to start the “growth surge” stage 2, and was wondering what exactly I should be eating for brkfst,lunch,dinner, and the in-between meals,in order to get ultimate results during my cycle.
7:00 - 8 eggs, oatmeal w/ Skim milk
9:00 - MRP w/ extra Protein Poweder
11:00 - MRP, Oat Meal w/ Skim Milk
1:00 - Weight Gainer w/ extra Protein Powder
3:00 - Myoplex Deluxe Bar
6:00 - Anything I can find in the frig.
8:00 - Protein Powder and a snack
Repeat as needed.
