Starting Leg Day with Lunges Challenge

Hey Paul,
I thought to myself about starting my leg day with your high rep lunge program. I have a bit of tendonitis and tenderness in my knees and overall underdeveloped lower body , and I thought it would a great hard ‘warm-up’ and that it could really up my leg game.

I’d start with the reverse lunges then go to the walking ones. Just to make sure you’re not having any pain with the walking version and/or to get some blood into the working muscles first.
