I remember reading a article, I think by Chris that was a routine for first timers. People just starting out. Could someone please help point me in the right direction. What article was this? If you can't remember this one, What would be a good starting workout routine. Thanks.
The beginner's program was in "Dawg School" issue #130 in the previous issues section. Also, be sure to get your diet in order or no program will work efficiently. Read the "Diet Manifesto" article in issue #135 or #136. TC's "Little Black Book" article in issue #136 should also give you some good training options. Hope this helps.
