Starting in the Game, 12 Week Cycle?

Brand new to the game, still studying, still trying to figure out what my body will react to best. Never tried any bike rides to date, curiosity is getting to me.

On steroid dot com the beginners cycle says 12 weeks test-e and 6 weeks dbol and supplement with nolvadex.

Now I am curious to know what to expect with thyroid functions on this?

Occasionally my t4/tsh levels have been fairly elevated and sparatic over the last two years, the specialist did more tests on me, but didn’t tell me any results from that.

Will this have long term side effects if I stick strictly to what steroid dot com reccomends on this? I know it’s difficult to judge I’ve had 5 blood tests, all bounce around a bit, test levels are around 900-1000 average, still have a very high metabolism according to the endocronologist I have been to and said I just need to eat more fatty foods instead of the standard clean 2,000 calories, up back to up my 4,000 calories where I saw high gains of fat from the food I was eating, I just can’t maintain that high forever, I started vomiting up food at that point.

The most I ever weighed was 149 lbs at 5’9" and if I wanted to get bigger (which meant more fatty foods) I had to eat more and that was just too much for me.

I see some guys who have the same build as I do and do a few cycles and blow up fast, example being the ever popular z y zz and bostin lloyd even admits to doing copious amounts of rides.

I’m not looking to compete or anything just curious to know where I could get benefits from, thanks everybody.

zyzz (RIP) was not big, and Bostin Lloyd is an idiot.

you are 5’9 149lbs…you do not know how to eat or train

stop referring to cycling as “bike rides”

Ok. What changed in Zyzz’ life besides gear? He didn’t all of a sudden train differently.

^^^^ This.

Your pathetic ass needs to stop looking for fucking excuses and grow a pair and learn how to eat and train. You have no fucking clue no matter what you think you learned in some Flex Magazine back issue. Your diet is shit man you need to be eating 4000 calories aday of clean food. If high fat food make you throw up then dont eat it to that point dumb ass. Replace it with carbs and proteins and make it happen. If you can’t eat the calories drink them. Your not going to accomplish anything on gear. There are literally teenage girls your hieght and at higher bodyweights lean and probably out lifting you.

Do your self a favor and go to the beginners section and learn and research hoe to eat and good simple program to destroy and you will grow. I’m 3" shorter than you and even I got up to 180beofre jumping on.
