I have just finished my summer holiday, and my friend referred me to your program "I,BODYBUILDER". I read through it and watched the videos and I believe this is the program I would like to stick to in order to get the body I want. But I have a few issues which I hope you could help me sort out. Firstly I wouldn't consider myself a beginner, I have been working out for almost a year, but done it so casually with no proper aim that I didn't get much than a few KG of muscle mass.
I am able to execute most things with good form, but I was just wondering if you recommend me to do the 10 day cycle before just to get my body back on track?
Also I do not fully understand the workout, and I apologise if I seem very doubtful. But it says each phase to last around 2 weeks, so does that mean for 2 weeks I don't do anything but lets say PHASE 1's shoulder work outs!? It is just I have never heard anything like this but excited to try it.
Just to let you know I am an ectomorph with a bit of size packed on, and was just double checking to see if you believe one of your other workouts may suit me better, but so far I like this one the most.

P.S- I can't seem to find any of the ANACONDA protocol supplement, was it discontinued? If so is there any substitute you recommend as you say in the work out the ANACONDA protocol is one of the key elements.
