I’m a 20 year old male looking to start my first cycle and I would like some opinions/ suggestions. I was considering doing a cycle of test wasn’t for sure which type. The reason for the interest is because I plan to compete next year and want to get in the best shape I can. I have been lifting for about 4-5 years and really learned a lot about nutrition and proper lifting during the last 2 years.

Squat 315 (haven’t maxed in awhile)
Instead of waiting for someone on here to put a plan together for you, why don’t you search all the “First Cycle” threads, get an understanding of the basics and then come back to us with a plan you have put together for yourself, which we will then tweak for you are say it looks great… This method shows you are not a complete retard and shows you have put at least a small amount of time towards researching.
