I'm pretty new to T-Mag, however have been reading through the forums a lot lately. I need some feedback, now with the hearing and bans of some products I have no idea what to take.
I'm am currently:
Bf%: about 16.5%
I have some short term and long term goals on my mind but I have no idea what supplements to take.
I want to get lean and get the fat out of here, but also gain a considerable amount of muscle and LBM.
I'd like to get the BF% down as fast and low as possible, but at the same time, gain about 15-20 of LBM. I guess you could say these are just short term goals for now.
I'm already starting Hot Rox (about a week so far), and going along with that, I'm in the gym about 4 times a week and eating roughly 4000 calories a day.
Please give me some feedback on what else I could be taking with Hot Rox to enhance low BF% and gaining LBM (willing to try anything), and also please tell me what cycle I should be using. Thanks a lot.
