I am a new member and have never posted on here before, my apologies if I am doing this in the wrong place, but I just started back lifting at age 41 after a 20 year break. I have been back at it for about 6 months now and I feel and look 100% better than I previously did. I am benching more at 41 than I did at 20.
I can't max out on deads or squat yet because I only have 315 pounds of plates right now which I am doing for reps. Need to make myself a sign that says "Will work for 45s". I just wanted to say how much I love this web site and really appreciate the tips and information that are available on here. I would like to go back in time and kick my 21 year old ass for taking up golf.
