This bug started off with my kid, then my pregnant wife (hospitalized), then while she was in hospital, guess who got it!!!
This bug kicked my ass for a week.
Now I feel much better, but I have only a smidgen of the appetite I had before. I can barely get 120 grams of protein even while using Metabolic Drive.
Should I wait till I am back to my full self to resume training, or give it a few more days and train lightly?
Feel like I am set back a month!!
