So the instructions for Alpha Male say to take on an empty stomach. How long do I have to wait until I can eat again?

i usually wait an hr… seeing as how I eat every 2, that’s about as empty as my stomach gets

If you take them on an empty stomach just wait 15-30 mins before eating something. The pills should be on their way by then. lol
