Hello, I’m looking at starting the yearly planner for powerlifting. In reference to stage 1:fitness. Could you give me an example of what a week’s training would look like? With unilateral stuff etc, also would HIIT be a good format to use, and what is meant by conditioning training… Thanks.
What’s you current experience level may I ask? Height Weight? Max on 3 big lifts? How many days can you train? And age? Not a big deal just making sure you’re not 65 yo and assuming you could handle a tough program.
