Hey everyone. Starting up again after a very long layoff from hitting the gym. This site is really great for good info and generally I guess I have all I need for now. I’m starting with the T-Dawg diet and the modified German BOdy COmp program. Does anyone have any further advice for me? I’m generally going to stick with just the Ephedrine stack for supplementation. THanks everyone.
go with ephedrine on specific fat-loss occasions. I would not immediately jump on that. Your goal is to get back into shape naturally and then from there to proceed to supplementation. See what your progression is while taking the bare minimum. Follow the t-dawg diet and take your Surge and creatine, vitamins, minerals for the start. laters pk
