You guys probably get tired of answering these questions but, I gotta do it. I’ll start off by saying that I’m 30 years old, 6’6, and 220 lbs. I lift when I can (between work and school) which is about 4-6 days a week, only 30-60 minutes. I can’t get a clear or common answer on what to take. Everyone I’ve asked says something different. The only thing they agree on is Clomid, and Arimidex. I know I want inj’s. No, I don’t have a very good source. I’m not gonna be a fuckass and ask for one here either. I need to figure out what the best route is (first and foremost) that won’t kill my liver or kidneys (or me) and will help me get really big the safest way possible. For a first cycle, most go with some form of testosterone.
Most tend to go with long estered enthanate, which you have to pin at least 2x a week. My personal favorite is propionate, which should be pinned every day.
a typical 12 week enthanate cycle (with no frontload) is structured like this
test enthanate 250mg pinned 2x a week (monday and friday)
adex .25-.5mg every other day
2 weeks after last injection
pct nolva 40/40/20/20 (clomid will generally make you feel very emotional).
an 8 week test prop cycle will look like this
test prop 70mg every day (roughly 500 a week)
adex .25-.5mg eod
3 days after last injection
