Started TRT 6 Months Ago, Having Side Effects

I’m in Colorado Springs, CO, USA. I use King Sooper’s Pharmacy for the Tadalafil. Check the GoodRx Coupon, they’ll have the best prices in your area if you’re in the US. No idea about other countries though.

Cialis won’t work unless you are dialed in.
lower your dose…
175mg seems to convert alot for you

If I’m dialed in, I was hoping to avoid the Cialis all together. That being said, I did drop my dose to ~130mg/wk (37mg EOD) a couple weeks ago. I made the cardinal sin of changing my dose and frequency at the same time, but i will run this for 10-12wks and see what happens. I had gone weekly to 2x week to daily before and didn’t find a difference. However, i was thinking about going back to daily, just because i was finding it difficult to remember if i injected yesterday or the day before. So instead, i inject on even numbered days, which means that on months with 31 days, i go an extra day between injections. I suppose i could go on odd days and get an extra 7 injections a year (8 on leap years), but didn’t figure it was that big a deal one way or the other.

i took your advice and tried Canadianpharmacyworld and was a nightmare to deal with. Placed an order for 88 20mg tabs, had my Dr fax a prescription. they said they got the prescription, but didn’t know what order it went with so they threw it out.
asked my dr to fax again but to reference the order number. she did
followed up again, and again there was an issue. I copy and pasted the emailed invoice from pharmacyworld to my dr and asked her to attach the invoice as well.
she did and i got a phone call today (One month to the day that the original script was faxed), voicemail said that they don’t carry that medication. So i called to inquire, the lady initially said that what was faxed was incorrect and wasn’t a prescription. I said i don’t know what was faxed because my dr sent it. She then said, no that wasn’t the issue. The issue was it was faxed to the number that is on their website and invoice, but canadian orders need to be faxed to a secret unpublished fax number.
I told her to cancel the order :frowning:

sorry dude. i have had pretty good luck with them

Nobody has mentioned your thyroid to you? Your reverse t3 was high on the earlier labs. Having a thyroid with high reverse t3 negates all that good free t3 you have. Guys with thyroid issues have issues with trt, because they can’t feel the trt working until they fix thyroid. Im one of those guys.

You need to get that thyroid sorted out. lower that rt3 asap and once the rt3 stops interfering you should start feeling better.

Google stop thyroid madness reverse t3 and fix that asap.

Should have listened and tried alldaychemist. The idea that them not requiring a script means the meds aren’t real is moronic, to whoever posted that. Their stuff is legit. Under dosed? Maybe. But legit.

This is easier said than done. But getting enough sellenium can fix it for many people. Im eating 5-7 brasil nuts per day for that.

You still on the scrotum cream?

enackers, i did check out the sttm website. there’s a lot of good info on there. In your opinion would liver support and selenium be useful in lowering RT3?

Depends on your situation. I would use that as a guide and do what makes sense. I know my wife started back on her carb intake and stopped starving herself. Her RT3 lowered and she got that to drop in 3-4 weeks time.

No it’s not. My wife dropped her from 18 or 19 down to 5 in less than a month. For others it might be worse if its not correlated to diet.

Yes I love the cream. Works the best.

Still here? I am shocked that no one mentioned your REALLY high estradiol! Not sure what the red numbers are… but if you have 256 estradiol, small wonder you have side effects… I don’t like AI’s… but if you don’t lower your T dosage… you probably need one bad. I tried anastrozole, made me sick at 1mg/week… most guys take way less, like .25/week…
How you doing now?

256 on that scale is only 70 on Labcorp, that’s why ranges matter. Plenty of guys on here run that E2 without issues, I’m not too far off of that personally.

Dude you are 4 weeks in. When did you drop the AI? You failed to mention that in your other posts.

Ah… I read that it is all balance… that estradiol level with MY Free T (5.2ng) would, I think, be bad news… with GOOD levels of Free T… no problemo… right?

Plenty run that e2 value and ratio and are fine.

Try a pepcid for the phlegm. Maybe it’s a GERD issue, sometimes hormones mess with the sphincter that controls the acid coming up to the esophagus. Yours may manifest as phlegm. Also check you blood pressure. It might be high and that’s why you have dizziness. Hope you find relief.

I went through the entire thread again and can’t find any complaint of dizzyness anywhere. It’s a sign of low blood pressure anyway, not high.
