Started OVT today...

I started it today and just want to make sure I’m doing it okay. For each superset, I do the first exercise, then the second, then wait 120 seconds. Then repeat that five times. I then move on to the next superset, and do the same, until they are all finished.

Sound right?


Yes, except you have the option of working up to the volume by doing 3 sets the first week, 4 sets the second week and the full 5 starting in the third.

OVT is a great workout. Expect good results.

Did day 2 tonight. I did between 3-5 of the supersets depending on difficulty. I had never deadlifted (ouch) before, and my squat sucked, so I did 3 for them. Rest I did 5. Oh and his ab workout…sweet mother of God. Was by far the hardest part.

Im startint OVT on monday… I have been doing part of that ab workout for the last 2 weeks. Holy shit, thats a painful one. I cant do the cyclone, but I do the other 4 exercises in 2 sets… (2 sets is enough to make me want to vomit)
