Training Nutrition Manager 2.0
Does anyone have and use this? It’s $60, and I don’t want to buy it, if it’s a pain in the ass.
I’m a bit of techie, and run my food log on Excel. So, I would be buying it for the training log.
Does it track lifts over time? For example, would it be able to compare front squats from 6 months back to 3 months back? Any charts or graphs?
