Stablon for Cortisol Control?

Hi there,
Any experiences on controlling cortisol?
My basal is normal, but urinary very high.

Suplements for this:
I am thinking on Stablon, Ashwagharda 600 mg, PS, benzos …
Anyone? Any ideas ?
