When doing the simplest strength template, could I get a little size benefit by doing First Set Last on the main lift for 3-4 sets of 5 reps just to get some extra volume or am I defeating the purpose and should just do SST as is?Thanks.

FSL and SST are both supplemental. For me, that would be too much.
