Hey everyone. I’m going to give the SST from forever but I have to make it a 3 day training cycle which I know is easy to do but, I was also looking at recovery and want to combine the lifts like they do for full body BBB and some of the other templates. I was thinking doing squats and bench one day and then press and deadlift. I’m thinking something like this
Squat-5 pros
Bench-SST
Next day would be
Press-5 pros
Deadlift-SST
Just wondering if this looks like it would work or if anyone has done it how did it work
