SSP Utilized for Fatloss

Hey Paul,

Just read your SSP through, and on my current situation I think it Might he the right plan for me!

Hoe do you recommend periodizing the SSP for the longhaul if someone needs to lose alot of fat, while minimizing risk of turning into a weak bitch?

Has the 4 week rotation between the shield and ss been most useful or sticking for longer periods with each phase?

The protocol looks awesome!
