Do you recommend any type of mobility/ warm-up before the workouts begin in either phase? Also, if my gym does have enough plates to perform hops on main movements would it be okay to use a Machine or Dumbbells with smaller jumps in weight? Thanks in advance.
No I’ve never done like a general warm up or mobility work. If you’re doing mobility work in the gym then something in your training is very very wrong.
You can use anything in the gym with hops and rounds so long as the jumps in loading are appropriate for the rep range you’re using.
That’s interesting. Why do you think that training is wrong, if one is doing mobility work in the gym?
