SSP - Question on Hops Method


Please confirm the following example as I want to make sure I understand how to perform the Hops method. If my top weight for squats is 315 and I’m doing 10 hops at 10 reps with 20 pound jumps, would it look like this?

135 x 10, 155 x 10, 175 x 10, 195 x 10, 215 x 10, 235 x 10, 255 x 10, 275 x 10, 295 x 10, 315 x 10

Correct. However I don’t really totally advise using squats for rounds because of the lower back fatigue. That’s why the leg press is a better option.
