How do you recommend someone with alot of fat, structure a years-plan (30kg to lose) ? 4 weeks/4weeks untill reaching goal?
4 weeks/4 weeks? Elaborate.
4 weeks of shield, 4 weeks of stripes, and so on and forth, or maybe a longer period of each, before switching?
If fat loss is the goal then the training, so long as it’s happening and is intense enough to retain muscle, it’s mostly about your diet.
