After seeing the post for the 225 rep test I wanted to know if anyone here squats for reps and how many they have done and with weight. My first college strength coach was a big fan of these. He once had me do 405 lbs for 25 reps as a college freshman, before all of my FB injuries.
405 half squats?
5,000+ calorie diet.
Squat 2 x a day, morning and mid-evening.
Total weight is ~3 lbs.
