Jc is right, If your back squat is only 300lbs your technique is meaningless and you’ll never move heavy weight. With that said i don’t agree with the 3x6 Training program. Look up a 5/3/1 & West side hybrid. Also learn the “burgner warmup” and do it multiple x per day. w/u with a oly lift every day but don’t ever go heavy. Do your main lifts after.
