Squatting Once A Week

I squat once a week. Usually work up to a heavy 2-5 RM, followed by heavy backwards sled drags, heavy abdominal work, then leg curls (12-15 reps).

My other lower body day is basic: heavy backwards sled drags, 3x8 45 degree back raises, and heavy abdominal work.

I should add that I do 2 weeks back squat, 2 weeks front squat, then do 1 week sumo DL to prevent adaptation. I’ve had slow but steady gains doing this.
