I have firsthand experience of frequent squatting. It works, even for a newbie like me. My front squat went up to 300+ pounds in under a year.
From what number? Just wondering.

I forgot the exact numbers, but it went from like less than 200 pounds to 315 pounds. I think I started at 165 pounds.
Perhaps I’m missing something, but isn’t 165 to 315 lb a difference of 150 lb, not 300+?
“… went up TO 300+…”, not “…went up 300+…”

You can definitely squat every day. Just because you do it daily doesn’t mean it has to be a brutal session daily. Is it the best way to get your squat up? Yes and no. I am a believer in doing a lot of squatting however I mix in several blocks throughout the year when we only squat 2-3 times a week instead of 5-6. I would recommend 3x to start, D1-Moderate to heavy, D2- light to moderate, D3 heavy-max
