Allright. Two weeks ago while I was doing my last set of squats, I racked the bar and felt this strange pain about 6 inches below my armpit area on the left side of my back. It doest hurt unless I am doing any overhead pressing or squatting. I can twist my torso both ways and do deadlifts perfectly fine but wheen squatting or overhead pressing it feels kind of funny, almost like a twisting sort of. Its hard to explain, does anyone have any suggestions?
