im a beginner to weight training and have just started using squats in my routine. i squat only once a week as it takes me the full week to recover.
am i doing too much being a beginner or should i keep squating just once a week? i usually do 3 sets of 8-10 sets. as iv said im only a beginner and dont know if im doing more harm than good.
I usually take a while to recover from them as well. I think it’s just because you always use your legs to walk so they take longer to recover than the rest of your body.
