Anyone else here get a partial back workout from squats? I did squats yesterday and parts of my upper back are really sore. Anyone know what muscles they would be?
Rear delts and your traps? Sometimes I get bruises from the weight crushing my muscles and that makes me sore.
Fuck yea, get a safety squat bar and you will get a back work out like no other thow bands on there to take it up a level…Big Martin
Man a had an intense squat day THREE weeks ago and pulled something in my lower back. It’s still sore and I haven’t done squats since. I was in PAIN! Couldn’t even romance the lil’ lady.
