I used the Big Beyond Belief template. I Squatted with each of the 3 days being a different rep range. The rep were 7-10, then 10-13, then 13-16. Then I would knock everything down a few weeks, with rep ranges being 4-7,8-10,11-13. As weeks went by, sets would vary from 3-5, and rest would increase/decrease from 3 minutes to 90s, depending on goals and such. I just alternated Front and Back Squats.
