Squats and burning sensation

Cool Westide help. The vacuum pose is more of a therapeutic thing. I refuse to wear a belt but I can see how I can still tighten the TVA bith a bellyful of air. Big base right? Sorry gotta run!

Thanks for the help everybody. I’m going to keep stretching my hip flexors and working on my TVA. I’m also going to use Goldberg’s tip on sucking in air and pushing out my abs while I’m squating. I also checked out Chek’s article. Good read.
