During squats is there a way I can position my feet / legs to minimize adductor involvement, if at all possible? I have my feet about shoulder width, toes slightly pointing outward during squats. The problem is my adductors are growing to a point where they are rubbing together when walking and being in a manual labour job, it causes extreme pain!
Ouch! I hate that.
Baby powder.
Don’t expect to get big without your legs touching together. Hazards of the occupation!
Have you tried wearing compression shorts under your work pants?
Oh I know stuff to help… vaseline etc. I was just wondering if I was squatting wrong / ways to not include them too much!
Narrower stance and toes forward, not out.
