I've seen some different squat styles. Yes, almost all good squats track the toes, but they don't always seem to track the same toes.
Like in a Westside style squat, the objective is to push the knees out as far as possible and the knees end up tracking the pinky toes.
But I've also seen successful squatters track the knees more in line with the toe next the big one.
Does anyone know much about this subject?
How do your knees end up tracking?
Why do you think they track that way?
