Hi,
i’am preparing for my first IPF meet. Here is my squat from training 3x190kg (3x420lbs) no belt just knee sleeves. My weight 102kg (224lbs) and height 188cm (6 feet 2 inches) tall.
Please advise if technique and depth is ok and what to correct. I think i need to push my elbows more forward.
