Squat Stronger Than Deadlift

I’ve not found the calculators to be very accurate for me, unless we are talking about a 2RM and maybe a 3RM. Anything over that and I think the algorithm falls apart.

Like everyone has said just train hard and seek to put weight on the bar.

My squat is about 100 lbs less than my deadlift and that seems to be pretty ‘normal’ but we’re all built different.

How long have you been lifting?
