Hi guy's i'm on Canditio's Linear Progression and squat twice a week and add weight week. 0-10lbs is stated in the program.
Now, i think my diet is just fine, although sometimes i can eat very little but surely i shouldn't be stuck at only 80 or 85 kg. btw i weigh only 68 kg myself. i should be able to squat 100 kg easy.
Deadlift is like 120kg and bench is 65 - 70kg.
Started squatting olympic style and it feels more natural and more quad dominant but still no progress. I've de-loaded two times already too.
