Squat Stalling at 80 - 85kg

Hi guy’s i’m on Canditio’s Linear Progression and squat twice a week and add weight week. 0-10lbs is stated in the program.

Now, i think my diet is just fine, although sometimes i can eat very little but surely i shouldn’t be stuck at only 80 or 85 kg. btw i weigh only 68 kg myself. i should be able to squat 100 kg easy.

Deadlift is like 120kg and bench is 65 - 70kg.

Started squatting olympic style and it feels more natural and more quad dominant but still no progress. I’ve de-loaded two times already too.

There’s a 99% chance that this is a form issue. A video would help us help you, but in the worst case you might have to hire a trainer.

I don’t think your squat numbers are that out of whack with the rest of your lifts, to be honest. Are your other lifts progressing well?

Incidentally, I’ve never known anyone who says their diet is in check and who proved to be right.

Since you can choose your own accessory work, please post your full work out.

And, as stated above, your diet.

Also, a video would be nice. Form is a big one.

How long have you been doing it? You said you deloaded twice.

How has your weight and body composition changed since you started?

I counter that and would say that it is 100% technique issue.
